Thanks for this great eye opener about lying I am retired so don’t have to get up. so set the clock and say i am going to get up to do my exercise for the day and do not. so thanks so much for the tongue lashing goes along with the study I am doing “Beauty Care for the tongue” by LeRoy Koopman.
Hi Kelly – I laughed when I heard this one, of course I lie, although I wouldn’t so much say its a lie, but rather a thought without conviction.! lol I’d say “I’ll go to bed early and get up by 5am, kid free time to work – yay!” Then I’d go to bed early and wake up at 7 – too late to work b4 I have to do all the “kid” related stuff (off to school etc) – no alarm clock in this house for years, just habits. But I do try, just not hard enough, you are right of course, and I will work on this! I have to if I wanna succeed…
